Syncro is the unified IT management platform for MSPs and internal IT departments. It brings together remote monitoring and management (RMM), professional services automation (PSA), endpoint and patch management, Microsoft 365 security, and cloud backup in one place.

Syncro partnered with Virayo to grow organic visibility and qualified pipeline across its core MSP and IT buyer segments and to win mentions and citations in LLMs for high-value RMM, PSA, and MSP software prompts.

Goals

Approach

We built Syncro a product-led SEO and GEO program anchored at the bottom of the funnel: product pages, feature pages, competitor comparisons, and the pain-point content that supports them.

We also helped guide the technical SEO efforts, from internal linking to schema markup, and pinpointed the content types and external sources that shape LLM answers for mid to bottom-funnel prompts.

Process

  • Virayo AI platform: We used our proprietary Virayo AI platform to run weekly AEO and technical SEO audits, traffic analysis, and reporting. These surfaced quick-win opportunities and pinpointed specific actions to boost LLM citation and mention rates across priority MSP and RMM prompts. The Virayo AI MCP gave both our team and Syncro's direct access to the platform from within Claude, so each team could pull insights and act on them within their normal daily workflows.
  • Guided the keyword and content strategy: Customer and product-led research mapped gaps across RMM, PSA, MSP software, and internal IT management to the right assets: product pages, comparisons, use cases, and jobs-to-be-done posts.
  • Targeted the sources LLMs trust: We identified the sources, including industry publications, review sites, directories, listicles and comparison pages, that LLMs cited most frequently to generate responses to high-intent prompts. Using those findings, we built a targeted outreach list for Syncro to secure brand mentions in the sources most likely to influence LLM responses.
  • Cleaned up and connected existing content: We crawled the Syncro website and mapped organic traffic, backlinks, conversion, and timestamp data to each URL. This surfaced opportunities to optimize high-intent pages, consolidate competing assets, and remove content that was hurting overall website quality signals.
  • Produced content engineered to rank and get cited: We produced detailed content drafts for technical use cases and mid and bottom-funnel topics, including product-led guides, software comparisons, and competitor alternative pages. Each draft was engineered to rank in organic search and increase the likelihood that Syncro got cited and mentioned by LLMs when buyers researched MSP, RMM, and related IT solutions.
  • Internal link audits: We delivered internal linking recommendations for new and updated content, strengthening topical authority across the RMM, PSA, and MSP software topic clusters and creating additional entry points to high-converting product pages.
  • Technical audits and consultation: Weekly technical site audits identified opportunities and issues related to site speed, schema markup, indexation, and accessibility. Each audit produced clear, prioritized recommendations the Syncro team could act on immediately. We also supported Syncro through a full website redesign and domain migration, protecting rankings and organic traffic through the transition.
  • Tied it to the bottom line: Real-time dashboards and bi-weekly reporting unified SEO and AI search performance monitoring: rankings, traffic, and demo requests alongside LLM visibility, referral traffic, mention and citation rates.
