- Produce quality content within specified timeframes
- Research topics and create structured outlines for external writers
- Actively participate in team problem-solving discussions
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure content relevance and quality
The Hiring Process:
- Apply. Submit a resume and (optional) cover letter describing why you would like to join our team. We’ll also ask you to shoot a short, informal video of yourself answering a few questions (because that’s a time-saving alternative to a video call).
- Initial call. If we think you’re a good fit, our human resources manager will reach out to schedule a brief call to ensure the role makes sense for you.
- First interview. We’ll invite you to a 15-minute call with our Senior Content Manager so we can learn more about your skills and experience, and you can learn more about what it’s like to work (virtually) at Virayo.
- Paid assignment. The assignment will help us better understand how you approach the content creation process.
- Tell us how you work. If you aced your assignment, we’ll want to learn more about how you work. So we’ll ask you to complete the online Kolbe A Index (which we’ll pay for). It only takes about 15 minutes, and the results are yours to keep, even if you don’t join our team. And we’ll ask you to provide two references who we can speak with.
